Dissocier Studio Disclaimer:
Dissocier Studio exists as a container for emotional storytelling and meaning‑making through art. It begins from the belief that emotion is not a problem to be solved, but material to be worked with. These stories, images, symbols, and fragments carry knowledge that cannot often be spoken directly. It stems from the belief that people need spaces where expression is witnessed without being rushed toward interpretation or correction, but for understanding and resonance. Dissocier Studio is currently an expressive arts platform — a place for reflection, narrative, poetry, and creative work that allows individuals to externalize inner experiences safely. It does not claim to heal, diagnose, or treat. Instead, it offers structure, slowness, and respect for the complexity of emotional life. This space is intentionally growing toward deeper ethical and clinical competency. As its foundation strengthens through formal education, supervision, and licensure, Dissocier Studio will evolve into a physical studio and gallery that integrates:
– gallery shows/showcases and expressive art practices
– community storytelling
– formal art therapy (within legal scope)
– culturally grounded creative events
The work here values containment over performance, consent over access, and presence over productivity. It is not built for immediacy, but for continuity — allowing both the space and the people within it to change overtime.
Dissocier Studio holds that growth is not an arrival point but an ongoing negotiation between curiosity, responsibility, and care.
What Dissocier Studio Is NOT:
– a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment
– a wellness brand or self‑help system
– a space for advice or diagnosis
– a promise of healing, resolution, or closure
– a platform centered on authority or expertise
It does not collapse art into therapy, or pain into content.
It does not ask participants to be vulnerable without consent or containment.
It does not blur boundaries to feel profound.
Any clinical services offered in the future will exist in clearly defined, licensed, and ethically bound contexts — separate from open expressive or community spaces.
